Ingredients
200 gr Meat in cubes
2 potatoes chopped in julienne
1 Carrot chopped in julienne
4 blended tomato
½ paprika in squares
Salt
Oil
Preparation
Add a tablespoon of oil to a cardero, then add paprika, potatoes, carrots and paprika.
Turn without damaging the potatoes, let the oil and the meat juice cook the potatoes, paprika and carrots.
When the meat is sealed, add the tomato sauce and salt to taste.
Cover with a lid, cook over low heat until potatoes and carrots are tender.
A good companion for a spaghetti or rice. At home we love spaghetti.
