There is a lot of sadness when faced with such situations. I really feel very sorry to hear it that situation is worrying in Argentina. I will pray God to Argentina's people to be healthy and be out from this worst situation. It is not just about Argentina everywhere vaccination is very slow. As you said that till now 1% vaccines done, it will take long time to vaccinate all population. Till then we have to be aware taking our responsibility and have to continue precautions avoidance
