Happy Saturday Hive! We can not get our butts to the spa, till we feel safe enough, right? So why wait for the aesthetician or masseuse, when we can DIY??
Personal care, first of all, is not a luxury. It’s more of a necessity. You do not need to do so much or use as much products, but you must care for your body, every part of it.
I’m very passionate about personal and skin care. I love that glowing, clean and healthy feel, after a proper Saturday pamper.
Hair
I first, start with hair treatment. I deep condition my hair, using a combination of Kakiva, Olive Oil and Mamiya Rinse out Conditioners and leave my hair wrapped up in a Bonnet for at least 30 minutes, while I move to the next.
Pedicure
I do my pedicure once a month, AT HOME, with those. Very easy, you guys. You just need boiling water (which would be diluted) and all you have to do is clean clean clean!
Exfoliate
This step, I don’t miss. It is too necessary. It takes off the dead skin to reveal a much smoother surface. It also helps with hyperpigmentation and discoloration, as well as allowing other products penetrate properly. I make my scrubs at home by mixing sugar, honey, turmeric powder, milk and essential oils. I shave right after with a shaving blade and cream
Since I can’t get that SPA Effect massage, I soak myself in the tub, listening to music. This is the most relaxing part, for me 😊
VOILA!!!
I step out, going absolutely Nowhere, trying to compete with the sun 😂
Stay Safe 😘

Lots of people are doing things like the spa and others right in their own home! It’s cheaper and often better for you. Plus you learn a lot!
Right? It’s cheaper and you get to learn more about your skin and all that.
