That’s great that you enjoy medicine as much as you do. I unfortunately don’t think there’s enough like you in the world. Too many do it for the wrong reasons like money and prestige.
What’s R3? I’ve never heard the term so I’m curious to it’s meaning.
Congrats on the exciting milestone though! I know it’s an incredible feeling when you’re finally on your own, so to speak, in the job. Having your mentors or teachers available during training is good but in my experience you learn the most the first 6 months when you’re working completely independent of the teaching environment! It’s exhilarating for sure.
