I just spoke to my friend, he lives in Dominica. After a little chat, I asked him to explain the holiday situations there. He sent me some photos.
The sea is blue and wave sounds as usual, but there is no one there. Due to COVID-19 measures.

The leaves on the trees take off on the ground under the influence of the wind. Nature is left alone there

In the past, people used chairs and sunbeds in the picture, but now they are left with the sea and nature. According to my friend, life returns to normal within 2 months and it gets very crowded. People flock here for vacation, swimming and sunbathing.
