Streets where a strong oriental identity, culture, Asian smells and flavors reign, all in Buenos Aires' Chinatown.
It is located in Belgrano, specifically in Juramentos and Arribeños, and although it is not a proper neighborhood, since it is a couple of blocks, it has an imposing entrance like the rest of the Chinatowns in other parts of the world.
This entrance arch, which measures 11 meters high, was brought disassembled from China and assembled for its installation in 2009, donated by the Chinese community as a symbol of fraternity between both peoples.
The place is a pedestrian promenade where you will find shops of all kinds, from gastronomic proposals, supermarkets, sale of ornaments and everything related to the millenary oriental culture, as well as manga and anime stores.
All of course set with typical ornamentation of Chinese culture. In addition, during the tour, you will surely come across street artists that add a plus to the experience. Artisans, jugglers, actors and of course visual artists.
