Humanity will be like born again if a CoViD cure will be developed because of the economic and overall impact it causes us right now. As for myself most especially it impacted my life in some many ways. Right now I was categorized in my dialysis center as vulnerable and high risk patient so we are taken to the ones that might infect others or might get infected ourselves because of some manifestations of the signs of CoViD like having coughs or fever even though those symptoms are normal for dialysis patients.
Now being scheduled in what we call third set we have to pay extra for our treatments because the hospital says that it isbecause they have to use PPEs and alcohol and disinfection before we are let in or after our treatments.. but right now the nurses are just wearing facemasks and plastic lab gowns unlike before where they are wearing overalls and face shields.
So now my dialysis sessions had become more expensive because of the extra bills that I have to pay. So I am asking for prayers from you my friends about my Tuberculosis to help me get healed from it and have my upcoming X-ray to be done around the 21st of this month get cleared from impressions that would tell that I have that disease or not.
If I would get cleared from Tuberculosis I will then be put in the second set of dialysis patients where I will not pay extra bills anymore and that of course will be a great help for me rather than paying extra everytime I go for my treatments.
I just do not want to be scheduled in the third set because we would be going home late at night as my dialysis treatment sometimes gets a problem when my BP goes crashing down and I have to wait until it goes up. So instead of getting earlier we sometimes go home at around 8:00 PM or later. It is because my father gets a hard time driving me at night because of his vision while my mother's usual sleep is at around 8:00 PM too and just disturbs her pattern of sleeping.
Actually I do not mind much about when I would get dialyzed whether it is early or night. I just do not want to have an additional financial burden and causing others some hard time like what my parents would experience if I am scheduled in a later time of dialysis.
This is just some of the effects of CoVid pandemic in my life not to mention the restriction it brings to my parents as they cannot go and buy from the groceries anymore and going for the doctor requires a swab test to get done which is so expensive so my mother would just go to the clinic near us to get some prescription she needs for her throat infections from time to time.
The CoViD lockdown restricts my parents to visit my eldest brother and check up on him and his younglings plus his garden to get some vegetables and some lemongrass to be used for their tea.
Also with my dialysis meal I do not get the chance to eat my favorite food at dialysis or to even take it at home because the convenience store that sells it doesn't get supplies anymore because of the CoViD considering that these establishments are not being restricted to sell amidst the lockdown because they sell necessities like food and drinks and other services.
The CoViD also gives me the scare and worry that one of my lovedones could get ill from it. That would be so devastating for my family as a whole or even to my village because of the stigma for one thing, the financial impact that it will causes us, plus the inconvenience considering that I needed to go for dialysis twice a week because of the extra measures that the government will do for our village or town as going in and out will get harder for me.
So now is just the time to pray for a CoViD cure could get developed soon. But it is a mutating virus and I do not know if the big pharma could ever get it done so prayers is just we need to give these institutions the wisdom to save the planet from a virus that had killed thousands already and infected others making our lives harder and harder.
