I dreamt I was hired to do something in some kind of space army. There were many spaceships on an airfield where I was standing. All were pretty different from each other.
There was an enormous alien ship coming that looked pretty evil, and a message popped up like "deviate the laser that's pointing at your ship", and I saw there was a mechanical arm pointing at my ship, and that it would be destroyed if I didn't do something.
I basically "grabbed it". Somehow with dream power I became as big as I needed to grab it with my hands and point it elsewhere. I felt like I was a spirit or a mental presence with some sort of telekinetic muscles, moving without a body yet moving this very big thing across the field.
I saw that there were "extra points" for destroying someone else's ship with the laser. So I tried doing that, trying to point it at a ship.
And then I was taken to some room with people who were arguing. Everyone had been playing the game. When the lasers were shot, there were 100 out of 200 players who had "won" (by not getting their ships destroyed) and were considered morally superior for some reason. And only one of them had destroyed another ship with the laser and was recognized for that.
Then there was some conflict. Running away. People with strange biotronics. One guy could make the top half of his face invisible at will and it showed like a jaw with a flat metallic surface on top where the tongue and blood should be.
We were in a convertible and I was basically tasked with doing something like in GTA / Cyberpunk 2077. I don't remember what exactly. It involved some gang stuff in a bar, pursuing some people, idk. I'd never dreamt I was in a gang but I downloaded Cyberpunk 2077 a few days ago so my subconscious is in that mode I guess.
Something interesting for me was that I did few missions as if they all were continuations to be done in the same place one after the other. And then I realized they were compilations and that they could all be done separately each in their own environment. And I felt a bit dumb because if I had done all of them in their own place, I could have seen many more landscapes and known more places, instead of doing all the missions in the same environment.
