Feliz dia 🤗 Mis queridos Amigos de esta hermosa comunidad #Hive. Compartiendo con ustedes otra delisiosa receta. En esta ocacion se trata de la preparacion de lomito de res con vegetales esperando como siempre que les guste. 😋

Happy day 🤗 My dear Friends of this beautiful #Hive community. Sharing with you another delicious recipe. This time it is about the preparation of beef tenderloin with vegetables waiting as long as you like😋

Utilice los siguientes ingredientes:

• Lomito de res.
• Berengena.
• Calabacin.
• Zanahoria.
• Pimenton.
• Tomates.
• Cebollin.
• Sal y oregano cantidad necesaria.

Use the following ingredients:

• Aubergine.
• Zucchini.
• Carrot.
• Peppers.
• Tomatoes.
• Chives.
• Salt and oregano required amount.

Previamente los vegetales fueron lavados, y picados en julianas (estilo de corte de alimentos en forma de palitos) que quedaron de una comida anterior. Seguido procedi a sofreir la carne con un poco de aceite hasta que ablande.

Previously the vegetables were washed, and chopped into julienne (style of cutting food in the form of sticks) that were left from a previous meal. Then he proceeded to fry the meat with a little oil until it softened.

Luego procedi a agregar los vegetales hasta su coccion.

Then he proceeded to add the vegetables until cooked.

Quedando finalmente nuestro lomito de res con vegetales listo para degustar, les comento que quedo de un rico. Lo pueden compartir para un rico almuerzo con arroz, pasta, bollitos, arepas o pan..!! Espero que les haya gustado. 😋 🤤
