Hoy les compartiré el paso a paso para aprender a preparar una rica sopa de huevo, la verdad no soy muy fan de la cocina pero en algún momento tendría que hacerlo, poco a poco he aprendido a preparar varias recetas, esta vez mi mamá está enferma y la sopa es un gran remedio casero, me explico los pasos a seguir y para ser primera vez me salió muy bien.

Today I will share the step by step to learn how to prepare a delicious egg soup, the truth is I am not a big fan of cooking but at some point I would have to do it, little by little I have learned to prepare several recipes, this time my mom is sick and the soup is a great home remedy, she explained the steps to follow and for the first time it went very well.
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
√ Agua
√ 2 Cubitos
√ 1 diente de ajo
√ 2 Papas
√ 1 Zanahoria
√ Ramas de cilantro y cebolla
√ 5 Huevos
√ Pasta
√ Sal al gusto
You will need the following ingredients:
√ Water
√ 2 cubes
√ 1 clove of garlic
√ 2 potatoes
√ 1 Carrot
√ Coriander and onion branches
√ 5 Eggs
√ Paste
√ Salt to taste
Paso a paso
En primer lugar colocar una olla con agua a fuego bajo, dejar hervir y mientras tanto picar la zanahoria y las papas, el cilantro y la cebolla en rama en cuadros, lo primero que se agrega son las zanahorias, los cubitos, la cebolla en rama, una cucharadita de ajo y sal, cuando las zanahorias estén blandas añadimos las papas y la pasta, cuando todo esto se suavice añadimos los huevos y el cilantro. No olviden mezclar, y así nuestra sopa esta lista para servir y disfrutar.
Step by Step
First place a pot with water over low heat, let it boil and meanwhile chop the carrot and potatoes, coriander and diced onion, the first thing you add are the carrots, cubes, onion , a teaspoon of garlic and salt, when the carrots are soft add the potatoes and pasta, when all this softens add the eggs and coriander. Don't forget to mix, and so our soup is ready to serve and enjoy.
