Hoy toca hacer nada más y nada menos que nuestros famosos TEQUEÑOS, es lo que más nos gusta comer como venezolanos y adoramos hacer en casa con toda la familia, son simplemente deliciosos, muy ricos y adictivos, si te comes uno querrás comerte 50 jajajajaja
Today we have to do nothing more and nothing less than our famous TEQUEÑOS, it is what we like to eat the most as Venezuelans and we adore doing at home with the whole family, they are simply delicious, very rich and addictive, if you eat one you will want to eat 50 hahahahaha
Esta vez fueron mis sobrinas las que hicieron los tequeños y pastelitos, la ayudamos a amasar y a cortar los trozos de queso y en lo que tuvieron todo listo, empezaron a enrollar la masa en el queso, obviamente como son tan pequeñas mis sobrinas, todavía no manejan bien sus manos para que el tequeño no quede con vacíos pues al freírlos se corre el riesgo que el queso se salga un poco por los lados como nos ocurrió pero igual sirvió para practicar y reír un poco.
This time it was my nieces who made the tequeños and pastelitos, we helped her to knead and cut the pieces of cheese and when they had everything ready, they began to roll the dough into the cheese, obviously since my nieces are so small, they still do not handle your hands well so that the tequeño is not empty because when you fry them you run the risk that the cheese will come out a little from the sides as we did, but it still served to practice and laugh a little.
Una vez listos los tequeños y pastelitos no encontraron con quien pelear jejejejeje no me dio ni tiempo de tomar una foto decente de la preparación ya lista pero debo decir que de sabor si estuvieron chéveres como decimos aquí, gustaron mucho yeso es lo importante.
