Sundays are for sharing with family, I have no doubt about that and what better way to do it than sharing a delicious Creole chicken stew🤤
A few days ago my grandmother came from the country and every time she comes she brings me something it is her custom and this was no exception. She came home and brought me a Creole chicken ready to chop and assemble but since at that time I did not have all the ingredients for its preparation I kept it in the refrigerator, yesterday I left very early to get the vegetables and everything I needed for its preparation so when I got home I cut it and assemble it, I was attentive because as it was a young chicken I should not neglect myself because I did not want it to become soft too much and the dams would lose their shape
The ingredients I used were the following:

1 ¹/2 vegetables (sweet potato, auyama, yucca, yam and ocumo)
Garlic
Salt to taste
1 onion
10 chilies
Coriander and chives
2 Cubes

Peel and cut the vegetables, wash them and place them in the pot next to the chicken, check that it is not overcooked and leave this for approximately ½ hour over medium heat, add all the seasonings and let it cook, I like that the broth is curdled so there are some vegetables that fall apart in the pot and it is too rich
Turn off after an hour and 45 minutes and serve with casabe, you don't know how delicious it was, but the main ingredient for this to be perfect was the united family❤️
