Today is the day of the pastry chef and with great pride I say that this is my profession and that I will be so happy that all that remains of my life I will make cakes. I am a pastry chef at heart!
Desde hace aproximademente 73 años se celebra este día. Y hoy quiero rendirle tributo a algunos pasteleros que marcaron mi vida y ademas de ser profesores se convirtieron en grandes amigos. Algunos ya no están en este plano terrenal pero para mi siguen siendo importantes.
This day has been celebrated for approximately 73 years. And today I want to pay tribute to some pastry chefs who marked my life and besides being teachers, they became great friends. Some are no longer on this earthly plane but they are still important to me.
Cada dia agradezco y me siento tan feliz de haber elegido esta profesión. Que es todo para mi en eate momento y ver hoy en dia cuanto he mejorado en esta area me hace tan feliz. Uno de mis grandes sueños es algún dia ser una pastelera reconocida, por eso día a dia trabajo para llegar a ser la mejor.
Every day I thank and I feel so happy to have chosen this profession. That is everything for me at the moment and seeing today how much I have improved in this area makes me so happy. One of my big dreams is one day to be a recognized pastry chef, that's why every day I work to become the best.
Recordar como llegue a cumplir mi sueño de ser pastelera me hace darme cuenta que en esta vida no hay imposibles. Yo estaba estudiando una carrera que no tenia nada que ver con la pastelería hasta que un dia dije que eso no era lo mio. Y bueno no contaba con el dinero suficiente para pagar los estudios de repostería hasta que llegue a Steemit hay pude reunir algo de dinero y muchas personas me ayudaron y pude pagar mis estudios y en ese proceso tomaba muchas fotos para mostrar mi progreso. Así que los que saben que me ayudaron mucho. Muchas gracias por tanto!
Remembering how I came to fulfill my dream of being a pastry chef makes me realize that in this life there are no impossibilities. I was studying a career that had nothing to do with pastry until one day I said that it was not my thing. Well, I did not have enough money to pay for the pastry studies until I arrived at Steemit, there I was able to gather some money and many people helped me and I was able to pay for my studies and in that process I took many photos to show my progress. So those who know that helped me a lot. Thank you very much for so much!
