Esta hidratación la realizaré con una planta que la mayoría de nosotros tenemos en casa, (Sábila), conocida también como aloe vera, que de por sí, aporta muchas propiedades medicinales, y de belleza para el cuidado de nuestro cuerpo, también contiene miel de abeja, aceite de olivo, y baño de crema de cualquier marca!

Para la preparación, pelare la sábila y cortaré el cristal en trozos pequeños, luego en un recipiente de vidrio agrego la sábila junto con la miel de abeja, 7 gotas de aceite de olivo y una pequeña porción del baño de crema normal! Luego con la mano mezclamos los ingredientes hasta hacer un crema!

Para la aplicación de la hidratación lavamos bien el cabello antes, luego aplicamos la mezcla envolvemos el cabello con una bolsa plástica para la mayor hidratación y dejamos actuar durante 30 minutos, pasado este tiempo retiramos la hidratación con abundante agua natural, secamos bien con una toalla seca y procedemos a sellar la cutícula del cabello con un planchado.
