Throughout history and the evolution of mankind itself, all individuals have sought to communicate in multiple ways with the firm purpose of survival, therefore they have managed to design a variety of codes that, giving multiple meanings jointly agreed, have allowed the transmission of messages across different borders, thus reaching many destinations without inconvenience.

That is why interpersonal communication has had a dizzying progress, however in many organizations it has not been possible to overcome the barriers created by the same individuals, raising walls so large, that even being in levels of proximity, workers have not been able to communicate, generating major conflicts over differences and difficulties in achieving the goals or processes to be fulfilled.
In its eagerness to be able to define interpersonal communication, it has been concluded that the process of sharing meanings among several people or independently, makes the communication is done with more responsibility than the assumed, likewise the understanding of the feelings of the person who imparts the information is relevant and depends largely on how it is assumed to express or respond to an efficient and effective communication.
However, this orientation of interpersonal communication in organizations seeks to find, as indeed it has, some spaces of growth where it has made possible the opening of mechanisms that were abandoned due to lack of coordination and disposition, which helps the company a lot and of course it benefits all its members.

In this same direction, human behavior in organizations has seen the need to create new ways of working, finding one of the most accepted as teamwork, for which it is essential that all members create an effective communication.
In this sense, it is established that when this type of strategy exists, the work group that belongs to a certain team, is committed in such a way that its sense of pertinence with the company grows significantly, in such a way that the results of effectiveness and efficiency are growing.
