Hola queridos amigo, espero que estén pasando una bonita semana, he estado un poco perdida por acá ya que ando súper ocupada con mis cosas de la universidad y algo enferma. En esta oportunidad quiero comentarles como me fue en la Defensa del Informe Final de la Catedra Clínica Jurídica.
Hello dear friends, I hope you are having a nice week, I've been a bit lost here since I'm super busy with my things from the university and I'm a little sick. On this occasion I want to tell you how it went in the Defense of the Final Report of the Legal Clinical Chair.
Fuimos el grupo número 01 conformado por 4 personas muy responsables, en diciembre hicimos la entrega del informe, todos aportamos, pero para la Defensa solo pudimos ir dos ya que los otros dos estaban muy enfermos. Cuándo nos enteramos que solo ibamos a exponer dos, fue bastante angustiante, pero ambas nos llenamos de apoyo para poder lograr el objetivo.
We were group number 01 made up of 4 very responsible people, in December we delivered the report, we all contributed, but for the Defense we could only go two since the other two were very sick. When we found out that we were only going to exhibit two, it was quite distressing, but we both filled with support to be able to achieve the goal.

Las clínicas son espacios de formación que funcionan como un estudio jurídico sin fines de lucro, con el objetivo de que los estudiantes, bajo la guía de profesores - abogados especializados, conozcan cómo funciona un caso real, trabajen y se involucren en todos sus aspectos: entrevistas a clientes, armado de la estrategia a seguir, investigación, manejo de los expedientes, redacción de escritos y trámites propios de los procedimientos judiciales y administrativos en nuestro país.
Es un departamento creado con la finalidad de prestar asesoría y orientación jurídica social gratuita a personas de bajos recursos económicos, como mecanismo democratizador de las vías de acceso a la justicia formal y de paz en Venezuela, y como expresión práctica de la búsqueda del bien común. Así como, proporcionar al estudiante la sensibilidad a los problemas reales de nuestro país y la aplicación del Derecho como elemento de cambio social.
The clinics are training spaces that function as a non-profit law firm, with the aim that students, under the guidance of professors - specialized lawyers, learn how a real case works, work and get involved in all its aspects: interviews with clients, preparation of the strategy to follow, investigation, management of files, writing of documents and procedures of judicial and administrative procedures in our country.
It is a department created with the purpose of providing free social legal advice and orientation to people with low economic resources, as a democratizing mechanism of the ways of access to formal justice and peace in Venezuela, and as a practical expression of the search for the common good. . As well as, provide the student with sensitivity to the real problems of our country and the application of Law as an element of social change.
Este fue unos de los puntos que toqué en la exposición, se los dejé para que tengan un poco de conocimiento de lo que es la Clínica Jurídica, también hable de los antecedentes, de como nació la Clínica Jurídica y varios temas más junto con mi compañera @vvarenas que sin duda alguna es la mejor compañera que me ha podido tocar en esta hermosa carrera.
This was one of the points that I touched on in the exhibition, I left them so that you have a little knowledge of what the Legal Clinic is, I also talked about the background, how the Legal Clinic was born and various other topics together with my partner @vvarenas who without a doubt is the best partner that I could have had in this beautiful race.
Hacer esta exposición era una meta personal, tenía mucho tiempo que no hacía una Defensa presencial y sinceramente me hacía mucha falta, necesitaba demostrarme a mi misma, a mis compañeros y profesora el bonito potencial que tengo y lo responsable que puedo llegar a ser sin importar las circunstancias. Aprendí muchísimo y es lo importante sinceramente.
Doing this exhibition was a personal goal, I had not done a face-to-face Defense for a long time and honestly I really needed it, I needed to show myself, my classmates and teacher the beautiful potential I have and how responsible I can become regardless the circumstances. I learned a lot and that is the important thing honestly.
Lo mejor de todo es que no sentí nervios, estaba bastante preparada y segura de mi misma, me gusta esa versión de mi. Amé vivir esta experiencia, estudiar esta carrera fue la major elección que hice en mi vida y orgullosa estoy de que pronto seré Abg. de la República. Espero que les haya gustado este post mis amores. Los quiero muchísimo ❤️✨
The best of all is that I didn't feel nervous, I was quite prepared and sure of myself, I like that version of me. I loved living this experience, studying this career was the best choice I made in my life and I am proud that I will soon be Abg. of the Republic. I hope you liked this post my loves.
