I discovered that a lot of people write quality and very information blogs without getting enough rewards for their time and stress and its disheartening. Someone spends an average of 4 hours daily and still isn't able to get enough rewards for the time spent😩
I'm a newbie on this platform but this is one of the few things I've noticed during my stay here. Okay let's take a look at my introductory post
It took @ocdb , @tarazkp , @usainvote , @ocd amidst few others to get me to 18.35.
The picture below is a very informative writeup from a friend of mine @code-redex that's also getting little or no reward for his efforts.
If we could all show ourselves support and love then this would be a very great platform 🅰️‼️. We newbies can also help each other grow. Hi. Firstly how much would you have earned for posting on Facebook or medium? Zero.
Now stop whining, be consistent in posting original posts and engage sincerely with as many people as you can. Then after a long time (many people have been here for 3 or 4 years) you may get more rewards if people decide your output is worthy.
This is not a money printing platform and as in the physical world, earning money takes a LOT of hard work and application.
My other tip to you is not to tag whales and beg for votes. This often has the reverse effect.

Yeah, I feel you man. I am also a new account and I must tell you it's a tough experience. The big accounts mostly respond to other big accounts like it is usually done on social media too. If you ain't got the numbers, you ain't shit...But I persevere and you should too.
It might take a while but keep dropping those quality contents, don't be discouraged to go away or stop writing, once your numbers have grown, everything would be fine.
