The month of December is already here.Christmas is just a few days away.At this time of the year the dishes in my kitchen are meatless.
Today I am going to offer you an easy and tasty dish.Here is the recipe for it:
INGREDIENTS:
"Alabash" bread bag
yoghurt-400 g
1 tablespoon - mayonnaise
2 eggplants
250 g mushrooms
box of tomatoes
PREPARATION:
Sauté the aubergines and mushrooms with olive oil
Place a sheet of alabash bread in a convenient container as a base
Spread with a layer of yoghurt and a little mayonnaise.
Arrange the aubergines and mushrooms and some tomatoes on top.
Place some chunks of cheese
Wrap the bread with the ingredients.
Cut the roll into pieces and place it on a baking tray.
Spread a little mayonnaise on top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Hoy os voy a proponer un plato fácil y sabroso.Aquí tenéis la receta:
NGREDIENTES:
Bolsa de pan "Alabash".
yogur-400 g
1 cucharada de mayonesa
2 berenjenas
250 g de champiñones
caja de tomates
queso
PREPARACIÓN:
Saltear las berenjenas y los champiñones con aceite de oliva
Colocar una lámina de pan de alabastro en un recipiente adecuado como base
Untar con una capa de yogur y un poco de mayonesa.
Disponer las berenjenas y los champiñones y algunos tomates encima.
Colocar algunos trozos de queso
Envolver el pan con los ingredientes.
Cortar el rollo en trozos y colocarlo en una bandeja de horno.
Untar un poco de mayonesa por encima.
Hornear durante 20 minutos a 180 grados.
