Masar Chawal
Masar chawal is widely eaten in asia and its very easy to cook and very delicious to eat, Put some rice in pot soak them in water at least 15 minute then boil it into water using some salt to taste and bay leaf to enhance the flavour of rice.
Masar are easy to cook add all gram masala , haldee , blackpepper , red pepper , chilli flakes , ginger , garlic ,
first of all add oil to pot , put 1 tsp ginger garlic into pot , cook it until golden brown.
then add spices into it , masar should be soaked into water for some hours, after soaking masar into water it will be easy to cook and you need to use presser cooker and heat it hard , it will be cooked with in 1 hour .
Serve masar chawal with salad and you can also use mint raita with it.@vancouverdining

add onion and cabbage into it and crush them shape like salad add mint into the top of masar chawal , it will look so delicious and very tasty to eat.

Shawarma ingredients
1/2 Kg Chicken
2 Tsp Soy sauce
3 Tsp vinegar
4 garlic paste
5 Chicken chipotle mayo
6 salad
7 chilli flakes
8 tikka masala by National
Preparation
put some oil in pan add chicken and tikka masala into it add chilli flakes , and fry them until chicken got tendered and juicy, buy a shawarma bread from market , then your salad cucumber and onion must be dipped into vinegar for at least 10 minute before adding it to shawarma, after that add your salad into shawarma , put some chicken chipotle mayo into it , add chicken bites into it which you made before.
