Hoy les muestro cortando estas patas de cochino con una maquina en la carniceria , ya que es la única manera de que al cortarlas no se estillen los huesos y a la hora de cocinar no se encuentre particulas de huesos.

Today I show you cutting these pig legs with a machine in the butcher shop, since it is the only way that when cutting them the bones are not stilted and when cooking no bone particles are found.
