The highest appreciation we can give someone is not through words because they can just be words and not mean anything if the tone is not right.
The way we speak and behave are completely different and we get judged differently.

Expression of gratitude goes beyond wordplay. It stands sincere and encouraging when it is displayed in the way we elate with the person(s) to whom we are grateful.
Live by your words and let your acts be seen in the way you make your day to day count. There is so much to be thankful for but, we mostly allow words which spell insincerity express how we feel.
You can pretend to be happy o the outside when you are spiteful inside. Your frame of mind plays a major role in how you relate to the world from the outside.
When you say "Thank you" allow your face say it louder than your voice and then it will mean something to the person receiving it and to you giving it.

One thing a human being can never do is deceive or make a fool of himself. Whatever action we take that is not sincere from our hearts, the conscience communicates to us that it's a lie and hypocrisy hovering around.
Being genuinely appreciative is a great energy booster to one's life and to the life of the other person.
If you are not expressing gratitude as often as you should, you may never truly attain the height you are meant to be at.
There is so much to be thankful for despite the loses we feel and the challenges we face.
Just be thankful for all you have got and those you wish to get.
There are lots of people who will do anything to have the little you think you don't have.
