Hola queridos lectores, hoy voy a contarles mi experiencia al visitar un lugar a las afueras de Buenos Aires, es de los lugares que me han dicho desde un estoy viviendo en esta hermosa ciudad que evite ya que es un poco peligrosa y no es tan bonita. Les contaré desde mi perspectiva lo que me pareció.
Para ello comienzo diciendo que no fue un viaje planeado por turismo ni mucho menos, solo que mi pareja debía ir a visitar una cliente por su emprendimiento y la chica vive en esa zona (Lanús), así que aproveche de acompañarla y así conocer un poco también, subirme al tren que va al sur ya que conozco el que va al norte y me lleve una gran sorpresa.
Hello dear readers, today I am going to tell you about my experience visiting a place on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, it is one of the places that I have been told since I have been living in this beautiful city to avoid because it is a bit dangerous and not so beautiful. I will tell you from my perspective what I found.
To begin by saying that it was not a planned trip for tourism or much less, only that my partner had to go to visit a client for his business and the girl lives in that area (Lanus), so I took the opportunity to accompany her and thus know a little too, get on the train that goes south as I know the one that goes north and I got a big surprise.
CABA como cualquier otra ciudad se divide en norte que es uno de los lugares más lindos y donde se puede ver mucha gente con dinero, casas grandísimas y hermosas; Microcentro que es el centro de la ciudad y es donde se encuentra el obelisco, es el punto turístico por excelencia de esta ciudad; el este que también es bastante turístico y muy colonial para mí uno de mis lugares favoritos; luego tenemos el oeste que no es tan linda pero hay buena fuente de trabajo y los alquileres no son tan costosos, solo que es un poco más insegura; por último el sur de la ciudad que es en términos coloquiales "candela", es donde ocurren la mayoría de los robos, entradas a las casas, secuestro, asesinatos y muchas cosas más, para ir a esa zona así como para el norte fuera de la ciudad se debe usar el tren.
El tren que va al sur siempre es noticia porque es donde ocurren robos de celulares, de carteras o donde abren los bolsos y mochilas, lo que vi hoy aparte de eso es que está bastante descuidado, hay muchas unidades antiguas por lo que los asientos están en mal estado, sucio, grafiteado, oxidado y sin la seguridad de los trabajadores de trenes argentinos que viajan normalmente en los vagones para evitar los hurtos, sin embargo en el viaje de hoy se subió un grupo de música folklórica del norte del país para amenizar el viaje y ganarse algunos pesos que los viajeros le quieran dar, algunas unidades de tren son de los nuevos pero con muy poco mantenimiento y me parece que eso sumado al mal trato de los pasajeros que lo usan a diario es lo que tiene estas líneas en ese mal estado.
CABA like any other city is divided into north which is one of the most beautiful places and where you can see many people with money, big and beautiful houses; Microcentro which is the center of the city and is where the obelisk is located, is the tourist spot par excellence of this city; the east which is also quite touristy and very colonial for me one of my favorite places; then we have the west which is not so nice but there is a good source of work and the rents are not so expensive, it is just a little more insecure; finally the south of the city which is in colloquial terms "candela", is where most of the robberies occur, house break-ins, kidnapping, murders and many more things, to go to that area as well as to the north outside the city you must use the train.
The train going south is always in the news because it is where thefts of cell phones, wallets or where they open purses and backpacks occur, what I saw today apart from that is that it is quite neglected, there are many old units so the seats are in bad condition, dirty, graffitied, rusty and without the security of Argentine train workers who normally travel in the cars to avoid thefts, However, on today's trip a folkloric music group from the north of the country came up to liven up the trip and earn some pesos that the travelers want to give them. Some train units are new but with very little maintenance and it seems to me that this added to the bad treatment of the passengers who use them daily is what has these lines in such a bad state.
Al llegar a la estación, la misma se veía un poco abandonada, para tomar el autobús que nos llevaría al destino final se debía salir de la estación del tren para ir a la parada de buses, sin embargo ese tramo es bastante caótico, es una especie de túnel donde hay muchos vendedores ambulantes, está muy sucio y se presta para cualquier tipo de asalto en horas nocturnas, ya que no hay seguridad de ningún tipo.
To take the bus that would take us to our final destination, we had to leave the train station to go to the bus stop. However, that stretch is quite chaotic, it is a kind of tunnel where there are many street vendors, it is very dirty and lends itself to any kind of assault at night, since there is no security of any kind.
El barrio como lo llaman aquí se veía bastante suburbano, con pocos edificios y muchas casas, las calles asfaltadas pero con muchos huecos en la vía, la sensación de inseguridad no se quitaba pero estaba más leve ya que al lugar donde fuimos era una zona con varios colegios alrededor.
The neighborhood as they call it here looked quite suburban, with few buildings and many houses, the streets were paved but with many holes in the road, the feeling of insecurity was not removed but it was milder because the place where we went was an area with several schools around.
Ya de regreso a capital nos tocó viajar en uno de los trenes viejos, pero puedo decir que realmente fue una nueva experiencia y quería compartirlo con ustedes, debo decir que durante el viaje tuve una sensación de susto e inseguridad por lo que le doy en parte la razón a quienes me dijeron que la zona en muchos de sus barrios no es tan seguro y hay que siempre con mucho cuidado, lo que me queda de esto es que siempre es bueno conocer los lugares, no importa que no sea el más turístico pero si conocer la ciudad donde vives así sean zonas rojas.
Already back to the capital we had to travel in one of the old trains, but I can say that it was really a new experience and I wanted to share it with you, I must say that during the trip I had a feeling of fear and insecurity so I give partly the reason to those who told me that the area in many of its neighborhoods is not so safe and you must always be very careful, what I get from this is that it is always good to know the places, no matter if it is not the most touristy but if you know the city where you live even if they are red areas.
