¡Hola a todos en la comunidad HIVE! Me alegra estar de regreso. En esta oportunidad vengo a contarles un poco sobre mi experiencia en la Isla de San Andrés, Colombia. Tuve la oportunidad de estar cinco días en este paraíso, en el cual pude recorrer sus puntos más hermosos y populares.
Hello everyone in the HIVE community! I’m glad to be back. In this opportunity I come to tell you a bit about my experience on San Andres Island, Colombia. I had the opportunity to stay for five days in this paradise, on which I was able to go to the most beautiful and popular spots.
San Andrés es conocida por su mar de siete colores, su cálida gente y su gastronomía. Esta se encuentra localizada frente a la costa de Nicaragua. Actualmente, hay muy buenos precios en vuelos saliendo de la ciudad de Bogotá o Medellín, así que vale la pena conocerla.
San Andres is known for its seven colors sea, its warm people and gastronomy. It is located in front of the Nicaraguan coastline. Currently, there are really good prices in flights from Bogota or Medellin, so it is absolutely worth it to get to know them.
Mi estancia fue cercana a la famosa playa de Spratt Bight, la cual disfrute al máximo paseando de punta a punta. Pude disfrutar aquí de ricos restaurantes tales como Peru Wok y La Regatta, el restaurante más famoso de la isla, y mi favorito. Les dejo aqui unas fotos:
I stayed near the famous beach of Spratt Bight, which I fully enjoyed walking from end to end. I was able to enjoy delicious restaurants like Peru Wok and La Regatta, the most famous restaurant of the island, and my personal favorite. Here are some pictures:

En otra ocasión tuve la oportunidad de irme de paseo en el famoso pontón, hacia la playa de Rocky Cay y sus alrededores. Aquí disfrutamos de una rica picada de mariscos y una bella vista al mar. También pudimos ir al conocido acuario natural de San Andrés, donde pude estar en el avistamiento a las mantarrayas. Aqui les dejo unas fotos:
On another occasion I had the opportunity to go on a trip on the famous ‘ponton’, to the beach of Rocky Cay and its surroundings. I enjoyed a delicious seafood dish and a beautiful seaview. I was also able to go to the famous natural aquarium of San Andres, where I was able to see stingrays. Here are some pictures:
El clima en San Andrés estuvo un poco nublado este último mes, sin embargo pude disfrutar la isla con su arena blanca y cálido mar. No te pierdas la oportunidad de conocer esta hermosa isla del mar Caribe, espero que disfruten de mis fotos y se animen a ir :)
The weather in San Andres was a little cloudy this past month, though I still managed to enjoy the island with its white sand and warm sea. Don’t miss the opportunity to get to know this beautiful Caribbean Island, I hope you enjoy my pictures and think about going :)
