Delicious recipes don't always have to be complicated. If you try to cook this dish once, then in the future it will take very little time to prepare it. I love to cook something nutritious for breakfast.
A rich breakfast is the key to a good day and energy for the whole day. One of these recipes is cottage cheese pancakes, which are very common in Russian cuisine.
In order to prepare them, we need:
2 eggs
500 grams of fresh soft cheese
Vanilla sugar
Sugar / sweetener (optional).
Flour (wheat, corn, rice)
This recipe is simple because the products are changeable and you can easily select the ingredients depending on your food preference.
First, we need to mix fresh soft cheese, eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar (optional) until smooth.
After that, we begin to add flour until a mass is formed, from which balls could be molded.
Next, you need to sprinkle the board with flour and give the mass the following form.
On a baking sheet covered with foil / baking paper, lay out our cheese pancakes and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
I like to bake cheese cakes more in the oven, although in the original recipe they are cooked in oil in a frying pan. Without butter, cheesecakes are less nutritious.
When serving, add honey / jam if desired.
