Beef and Vegetable Rib Soup...
Hello friends of the hive!… Today I will tell you how it was once for me to help my mom make a beef rib soup.
In the butcher shop they give us the ribs with the bones cut but joined with the meat, you can clearly see what I mean, the first thing we have done on other occasions is to clean off the excess fat, but this time they came clean, it is say they had almost no fat and for that reason my mom chose these.
After the ribs are cut, they are thrown into the pot with boiling water, and we add onion, garlic, garlic, celery and salt.
It is allowed to cook over low heat until the meat is tender, this usually occurs in about fifty minutes. Then we remove the ribs to remove the bones, of course we hope they rest so as not to burn my fingers ... I love this part because I always keep a piece "to test how it goes ;-)" We strain the broth and there the meat, potatoes, yams are placed, but the most important thing for me cannot be missed, the jojotos.
Let it simmer for a while and then add auyama and cabbage cut into very small pieces until all the vegetables are soft. To finish, add some parsley branches, five minutes before lowering it from the kitchen.
