Hello my friends from the hive! Today I want to share with you a find I made in the backyard of my house…
I helped my father clean the patio since the rains have made the grass grow, when removing a stone I noticed something strange that was moving and with a small twig separated the earth until I could see what it was.
She was a bit nervous since she didn't know what it was about and she couldn't move the worm because it looked so fragile that she suspected it could damage it.
Apparently he was trying to hide by burying himself and I asked my father how it was possible that this worm was afraid of me if he had never seen a person before, then it was when he explained that he was not fleeing from me but from the light of day, it is vital to being in the dark.
They are so delicate that it is strictly necessary that they remain both in complete darkness and in humidity.

All of these I was able to get him out without causing any damage and I was very surprised when I saw his face, to put it in some way ... it was not what I expected considering the delicate nature of his body. We do not know what type of insect it is but I suspect it could be a myriapod, since I have seen in educational videos that some of these arthropods have very strong jaws and that is what I can observe in this one. It occurs to me to try to recreate its environment in a controlled way to see that it grows from this specimen, according to how this experiment turns out I will let you know.
I want to wish you all a nice Sunday and thank you for all that constant support that you give me in my publications, I will keep you updated...
