Hace poco visité uno de los lugares más bonitos de Valencia; el parque Negra Hipólita. Este mi lugar preferido de toda mi ciudad, ya que está rodeado completamente por la naturaleza, y me trae muy lindos recuerdos de mi infancia.
I recently visited one of the most beautiful places in Valencia; the Negra Hipólita park. This is my favorite place in my entire city, since it is completely surrounded by nature, and it brings back very nice memories of my childhood.

Estando dentro del parque, mi mamá y yo estuvimos hablando un largo rato con uno de los guarda bosques; entre la conversación, surgió una leyenda que desde hace unos años se escuchaba por los alrededores.
While inside the park, my mother and I talked for a long time with one of the forest rangers; Between the conversation, a legend emerged that for a few years had been heard in the surroundings.
Hace unos años hubo una muchacha que se encontraba esperando a su novio en uno de los tantos bancos que rodean al parque; pero lamentablemente el joven nunca llegó, al parecer cuando iba en el camino tuvo un aparatoso accidente y falleció.
A few years ago there was a girl who was waiting for her boyfriend on one of the many benches that surround the park; but unfortunately the young man never arrived, apparently when he was on the road he had a spectacular accident and died.
La muchacha desconsolada no paraba de llorar, las lágrimas cayeron sobre un árbol junto a ella, lo que ocasionó que este se uniera completa mente al banco. Según la leyenda todavía se encuentra las raíces del árbol completamente unido al asiento.
The heartbroken girl did not stop crying, the tears fell on a tree next to her, which caused it to completely join the bank. According to legend, the roots of the tree are still completely attached to the seat.
Como soy una persona bastante curiosa, decidí buscar el árbol por todo el parque pero no lo conseguí. Aunque me faltaron algunos lugares por revisar; así que espero en una próxima oportunidad regresar y buscar nuevamente.
As I am quite a curious person, I decided to look for the tree throughout the park but I couldn't. Although I lacked some places to review; so I hope in a next opportunity to return and search again.
Sí algún día visitas la Ciudad de Valencia, espero te animes a venir a los parques Negra Hipólita y Fernando Peñalver, el cual es uno de los lugares turísticos del estado Carabobo.
If you visit the City of Valencia one day, I hope you will come to the Negra Hipólita and Fernando Peñalver parks, which is one of the tourist places in the Carabobo state.
