How many have not suffered or have suffered from those potential negative comments that poison our spirit?
The poison works in three ways: the first is to create tares, to make you reject someone through slander or exaggeration of facts, call it "adultery, embezzlement, lying, among other synonyms". The second is to make your day bitter and to plunge you into a state of anger. The third: Consequently, join that negative vibration and go on with your work of mass destruction, no matter if it is innocent or not, if you drag innocents with facts.

¿Cuántos no han sufrido o hemos sufrido de esos potenciales comentarios negativos que envenenan nuestro espíritu?
El veneno funciona de tres formas: la primera es crear cizaña, hacer que rechaces a alguien a través de calumnias o exageración de hechos, llámese "adulterar, malversar, mentir, entre otros sinónimos". La segunda: amargar tu día y sumergirte en un estado de enojo. La tercera: En consecuencia, unirte a esa vibra negativa y prosigas con su obra de destrucción masiva, sin importar si es inocente o no, si arrastras inocentes con los hechos.
Finding your balance, understanding that these actions, both listening to them and executing them, do not produce positive effects for anyone, in the long run they will turn you into a bad and unwanted person. You will continue to be a magnet for the tares and the proponent of unfounded campaigns of hatred and slander whose true reason behind it is nothing more than; Envy.
Separate the good from the bad, learn to say no, turn away when it is convenient, be silent and play deaf to conversations that, through your acquired experience, you know the way they are going, in short, you will be harmed in many ways.
Encontrar tu equilibrio, comprender que esas acciones, tanto escucharlas como ejecutarlas, no producen efectos positivos para nadie, a la larga te convertirá en alguien malo y una persona no deseada. Continuarás siendo un magneto para la cizaña y el propinador de campañas de odio y desprestigio infundadas cuya verdadera razón tras ello no es más que; La envidia.
Separar lo bueno de lo malo, aprender a decir no, alejarse cuando es conveniente, callar y hacerse el sordo ante conversaciones que, a través de tu experiencia adquirida, ya sabes por el camino que van, en resumen, serás perjudicado de múltiples formas.

Strengthen your spirit constantly, be happy and rejoice in simple things, enjoy more the little things, all the free wonders such as nature, the sun, the air you breathe, allow yourself to breathe deeply from time to time, enjoy and meditate ... Recharge your energies.
It is not only walking and exercising, while in your mind a thousand negative thoughts full of poison and, guess what, just like cancer metastasized into your heart.
Will power to say yes, to decide a positive change and start executing it, you will benefit both the people around you and yourself, I am sure you will feel better.
Practice good, be kind... Leave seeds of love where you pass by, they will grow and cover the poison ivy.
When people come to you with intentions, actions and words full of poison... They steal your peace, it's a devastating war, one lie after another that seems to have no end... Yet you repel that energy by being kind and then... You'll know what you have to do...

La fuerza de voluntad...
Refuerza tu espíritu constantemente, alégrate y regocijate de las cosas sencillas, disfruta más de las pequeñas cosas, de todas las maravillas gratuitas como son la naturaleza, el sol, el aire que respiras, permítete respirar profundo de vez en cuando, amate y medita... Recarga tus energías.
No es solo caminar y hacer ejercicios, mientras en tu mente pululan mil pensamientos negativos llenos de veneno y, ¿Adivina?, tal como el cáncer hizo metástasis en tu corazón.
Fuerza de voluntad para decir sí, para decidir un cambio positivo y comenzar a ejecutarlo, beneficiarás tanto a las personas que te rodean como a ti mismo, estoy segura que te sentirás mejor.
Practicar el bien, ser bondadoso... Dejar semillas de amor por donde pasas, estas crecerán y cubrirán las hiedras del veneno.
Cuando se acerquen a ti personas con intenciones, acciones y palabras llenas de veneno... Te roban la paz, es una guerra desgastadora, una mentira tras otra que parece no tener fin... Sin embargo repele esa energía siendo amable y luego... Ya sabrás lo que tienes que hacer...
