It does not need a lot of ingredients.

Ingredients needed for lebo pickling:

- lebo one kilo

- White vinegar as needed

- Salt 1 tablespoon

- Water as needed

How to prepare:

We peel the lebo and slice them.

We put the sliced ​​lebo in a pot and pour water on it and put it on the stove with low heat until it cooks.

After 3 hours, we put the cooked lips in a container to cool a little.

Now we divide them into smaller pieces.

We take a dry and clean glass and pour the crushed lebo into it.

We pour vinegar inside the glass until it reaches the top of the lebo.

Pour a spoonful of salt and at this time we can also pour a spoonful of sugar to reduce the sharpness of the vinegar.

We close the jar and after a day the pickle is ready.

We can eat this pickle with food.
