I discovered that, too, but for various reasons decided to go with a self-hosted site. In other words, I bought a domain and found a web host who installed the WordPress platform. I use my site for more than blogging. Truthfully, if I worked Hive better, I'd be able to more than cover my costs. I know @traciyork did work it out a while ago - perhaps when the dust has settled with this month's #hivePUD, she could drop a link here.
Other than "dedicated" hive posts, like today, all my posts are via @steempress - that way I reach a wider audience and also earn a little crypto.
