I dont like cold drink but sometimes i miss this kind of food.
Because this reminds me a lot of my childhood.
When i was a child, around elementary school.
I used to buy this iced drink almost everyday.
And these are traditional food/drink.
Its iced teler and iced tebak.
This is iced tebak.

This is after i put the iced teler in a bowl.
Iced tebak are variant of es campur (mixed ice).
It originated from West Sumatera.
There’s so many variant inside of it, like bread, jelly, tape, cincau, kolang kaling, etc.
Theres some people that like to put red bean on their ice tebak but i dont like it.
The taste is too sweet for me, but i do really enjoy eating the topping inside because there’s a lot if it.
So, even if i dont like the sickly sweetness, i can still enjoy it to the most.
This is my favorite out of two, ice teler.

Even though if may look similar with ice tebak, its actually have a distinct difference.
In ice teler, theres two a-must topping which is avocado and jackfruit.
Other than that, the ingredients actually similar with ice tebak.
But those differences make it more speciak because the jackfruit make the ice teler more light and less sickly sweet like the ice tebak.
I dont feel nauseous drinking them.
Never taste any of those but I will prefer Ice tebak judging from the pictures
Its very nice but too sweet for my taste, and its easy to make if you interested on making them 😁
I have only tried avocado in salty foods but I am not closed to the idea of eating it in something sweet. Basically if you put that mix in a refrigerator it's ice cream, hmm, I will choose ice tebak
Wow thats a good idea to make the drinks into icecream i think it will taste so good. You must never heard of avocado with chocolate milk, creamer, milo, and every other sweet ingredients, people love it here. It even strange to eat avocado in non-sweet way.
Avocado really does taste quite neutral and I think it can taste pretty good in different presentations, I'll be trying it with something sweet soon.
