Nice to see you on video man, now a few pointers.

1. Editing out a bit of the video is generally not something you should do a lot of, showing all of it brings honesty, however the coughing would be a thing to edit out though.
2. Holding your phone in your hand can be done, but I suggest you practise to hold it a bit more steady, which will come with experience.
3. Your subject is good, you are sharing your experience, but lead with it in the title like this, Getting yourself into the leadership role, Vlog #1
4. As to tags, use the first ones for descriptive tags as they have influence on your SEO, then add tribe tags after, and also tags like gems, 3speak and appreciator does not add any value, curators for those projects don't go looking for those tags, use descriptive ones instead, and you might also want to use #AliveAndThriving as well since the We Are Alive Tribe is looking for that content, and as for tribe tags switch out neoxian and palnet for #cent and #oneup as that brings you more value.
5. Keep practising, and be consistent with posting a video every day, that is how you grow and people will notice that.
