Today we start the week installing evaluations in our microbiology laboratory.
What has it consisted of? In determining the appropriate source of Trichoderma that generates more spores than hyphae in its disappearance. Why? because this will mean a larger population when applied in the field. These sources come from commercial products and from a population obtained in our laboratory isolated in a culture medium.
To begin with its alteration, a sample has been extracted from each source and has been inoculated into previously precooked rice. Daily, these must be oxygenated through movements and in 15 days we will see the results through a microscope.
We do this evaluation in order to find the appropriate source to obtain the largest population, and select it as a source for our inoculations with specific microbial load in our organic fertilizers, which will contribute to the control of soil fungi.
Hoy comenzamos la semana instalando evaluaciones en nuestro laboratorio de microbiología.
¿En qué ha consistido? En determinar la fuente adecuada de Trichoderma que genere más esporas que hifas en su proliferación. ¿Por qué? porque esto va a significar una mayor población al ser aplicada en campo. Estas fuentes provienen de productos comerciales y de una población obtenida en nuestro laboratorio aislado en un medio de cultivo.
Para comenzar con su proliferación se ha extraído una muestra de cada fuente y se ha procedido a inocularla en arroz, precocido previamente. Diariamente, estas deben oxigenarse por medio de movimientos y en 15 días ya podremos ver los resultados por medio de un microscopio.
Esta evaluación lo hacemos con la finalidad de encontrar la fuente adecuada para obtener la mayor población, y seleccionarla como fuente para nuestras inoculaciones con carga microbiana específica en nuestros fertilizantes orgánicos, la cual va a contribuir con el control de hongos del suelo.
