Saludos mis queridos amigos de Gems, después de bastante tiempo sin estar con ustedes. Les comento que gracias a Dios ya me he sentido mejor pero las piernas y pies aun los siento con dolor; por causa de fuerza mayor he tenido que estar ausente en la plataforma ya que ha sido un proceso largo y un poco duro con el tema de mi recuperación. Actualmente estoy en rehabilitación para devolverle las fuerzas a mis piernas.
Greetings my dear friends from Gems, after quite a while without being with you. I tell you that thank God I have already felt better but my legs and feet still feel sore; due to force majeure I have had to be absent from the platform since it has been a long and somewhat hard process with the issue of my recovery. I am currently in rehabilitation to restore strength to my legs.
En casa por ser hoy el día del Amor y la Amistad mi hermano gemelo hizo unas deliciosas pizzas en el sartén debido a que el gas esta poco, él salió temprano al supermercado que esta cerca para comprar unas cosas para la casa y para hacer las pizzas. Lo bueno es que durante este tiempo que he estado inactiva en la cocina mi hermano ha aprendido a hacer varias preparaciones y le quedan muy sabrosas.
At home since today is Valentine's Day, my twin brother made some delicious pizzas in the pan because there is little gas, he went out early to the supermarket that is nearby to buy some things for the house and to make the pizzas. The good thing is that during this time that I have been inactive in the kitchen, my brother has learned to make several preparations and they are very tasty.
El día de hoy hice una excepción en mi dieta y me comí esta delicia, los ingredientes para estas pizzas individuales fueron muy básicos; la harina de trigo para hacer la masa, queso mozzarella, mortadela que le da un sabor increible, la salsa, cebolla y pimentón. Mi hermano empezó a hacer la masa y la dejó reposando, luego mi cuñada y yo rallamos el queso, cortamos la mortadela, además de la cebolla y el pimentón en tiras finas.
Today I made an exception in my diet and ate this delight, the ingredients for these individual pizzas were very basic; Wheat flour to make the dough, mozzarella cheese, mortadella which gives it an incredible flavor, the sauce, onion and paprika. My brother started making the dough and let it rest, then my sister in law and I grated the cheese, cut the mortadella, as well as the onion and paprika into thin strips.
Ya que la masa aumentó su volumen procedemos a tomar una porción de la masa y armamos nuestras pizzas. Cocinamos a fuego bajo hasta que se les derrita el queso y esten doradas por debajo. Terminamos de cocinarlas todas una a una y luego a comer acompañadas de un refresco bien frío, yo por supuesto tome agua.
Since the dough increased its volume, we proceeded to take a portion of the dough and put together our pizzas. We cooked on low heat until the cheese melted and they were golden brown on the bottom. We finished cooking them all one by one and then we ate them accompanied by a very cold soft drink, I of course drank water.
