He had already removed the most rewards.
I did an extra downvote to remove the last part of the rewards.It was actually @castleberry who found it and asked for an extra downvote in the Hive Photographers Discord channel.
This inspired me to create my post. Too many people still upvote these posts and not enough people take action to remove the rewards.
After your reply I checked whether it was on the blackist too. It wasn't, so I reported it.
