Good evening, all Ecency friends, hopefully you will always be healthy and stay enthusiastic in updating the best posts in this best application.

As usual, before cooking I prepare some ingredients for the soto rendang.

1.Jengkol fruit
You do this by boiling the jengkol fruit until soft, then peel the skin and remove some of the ingredients that have a bitter taste.

2.Red Chili and a little turmeric
Grind chilies and turmeric until khalis by adding a little water, here I use a milled stone or manual.

3.Lemongrass and shallots as additional ingredients.

5.The last one is coconut milk.

Then mix all ingredients and cook for about half an hour until boiling.
After waiting half an hour and finally ready to be served with white rice.
That's the end of my story today. I hope you guys also enjoy lunch with a better menu than me.
