Hola, hola mis queridos lectores. Quiero compartirles el día de hoy un lugar mágico que hace dos años tuve el honor de visitar por primera vez y quedar encantada con sus paisaje, así que luego de eso decidí volver consecutivas veces, convirtiéndose en uno de mis lugares preferidos aquí en Venezuela. Este lugar se llama Bosque de Pinos y para los que no lo saben se encuentra cerca muy cerca de la ciudad de Caracas, está ubicado en el Estado Miranda, exactamente en San Pedro-Parque Macarao, Los Teques.
Hello, hello my dear readers. I want to share with you today a magical place that two years ago i had the honor of visiting for the first time and being enchanted by its landscape, so after that I decided to return consecutively, becoming one of my favorite places here in Venezuela. This place is called Bosque de Pinos and for those who do not know it, it is very close to the city of Caracas, it is located in the Miranda State, exactly in San Pedro-Macarao Park, Los Teques.
Y bien, Bosque de Pinos es un lugar al que todo visitante debería visitar pues a que tiene las características de un bosque encantado justo como en los cuentos de hadas, tanto así que muchos caraqueños no creerían que exista a tan pocas horas de la ciudad, pero sí, así es.
Well, Pine forest is a place that every visitor should visit because it has the characteristics of an enchanted forest just like in fairy tales, so much so that many Caracas people would not believe that it exists so few hours from the city, but yes, it is.
El día que conocí bosque de pinos nos adentramos a Los Teques temprano en la mañana, hacia bastante sol a decir verdad, pero estaba tranquila porque sabía que la ruta no sería tan larga puesto que ya me habían comentado que para llegar al bosque caminando eran por 2 horas de camino y el recorrido no era complicado.
The day i met Pine Forest we entered Los Teques early in the morning, it was quite sunny to tell the truth, but i was calm because i knew that the route would not be that long since they had already told me that to get to the forest walking they were for 2 hours on the road and the journey was not complicated.
Luego de llegar al pueblo y a la Plaza de San Pedro y comprar algunos suplementos para el viaje y la estadía decidimos emprender nuestra marcha. Bien, el camino inicia en el pueblo con una gran subida un tanto cansona especialmente porque es asfaltada y si llevas un bolso de 25 kg pues se hace aún más copiosa, pero a pesar de ello me olvidé del peso cuando menos lo pensé ya la subida había terminado.
After arriving at the town and San Pedro square and buying some supplements for the trip and the stay, we decided to start our march. Well, the road begins in the town with a big climb that is somewhat tiring, especially because it is paved and if you carry a 25 kg bag, it becomes even more copious, but despite that I forgot about the weight when I least thought about it and the climb had finished.
Luego de ello caminas unas cuantas calles rodeada de casas muy bonitas a decir verdad. En el recorrido noté como muchas de las casas tenían su propio huerto lo que me pareció fantástico y mientras continuábamos caminando escuchamos los ladridos de los perros que cuidaban muchas de las casas y por supuesto no faltó un perro que otro que se convirtió en nuestro amigo.
After that you walk a few streets surrounded by very pretty houses to tell the truth. On the way i noticed how many of the houses had their own garden, which i thought was fantastic and as we continued walking we heard the barking of the dogs that looked after many of the houses and of course there was no missing dog than another that became our friend.
Ya adentrados en el camino notamos que el asfalto se acababa y el camino se hacía de tierra, a medida que continuábamos caminando acabaron las subidas empinadas y el camino se hizo más plano aunque montañoso pudiéndose visualizar los cultivos de las casas e incluso bonitos jardines que adornan los alrededores de las montañas.
Once on the road we noticed that the asphalt was ending and the road became dirt, as we continued walking the steep climbs ended and the road became flatter, although mountainous, being able to see the crops of the houses and even beautiful gardens that adorn around the mountains.
Después de un rato ya no volvimos a observar casas y así supimos que estábamos a punto de llegar al puesto de guarda parques. Cuando llegamos los guarda- parques nos recibieron de forma muy agradable, nos pidieron anotar nuestros nombres en una lista por seguridad y nos explicaron las normas dentro del bosque, entre ellas el uso del agua y el encendido de fogatas.
After a while we no longer looked at houses and so we knew that we were about to reach the park ranger station. When we arrived the park rangers welcomed us in a very pleasant way, they asked us to write down our names on a list for safety and they explained the rules inside the forest, among them the use of water and the lighting of fires.
Acá estamos nosotros en la entrada del Parque y al bosque.
Here we are at the entrance of the Park and the forest.
Luego de registrarnos nos adentramos al bosque y allí justo allí fue cuando me enamoré, desde el puesto del guarda parques no se observa aún la realidad del bosque con los pinos enormes pero una vez que dejas el puesto y te adentras al bosque quedas completamente maravillado. Es un lugar diferente, por todos lados respiras paz y tranquilidad, el piso lleno de pinos por todos lados que al soltar sus ramitas hacen un colchón suave al pisar…
After registering, we went into the forest and that's where i fell in love, from the park ranger's position the reality of the forest with the huge pines is not yet observed, but once you leave the position and enter the forest you are completely amazed. It is a different place, everywhere you breathe peace and tranquility, the floor full of pine trees on all sides that when releasing their twigs make a soft mattress when you step on ...
Por otro lado, el sonido de los pinos cuando sopla el viento, los colores verdes, el olor a madera, pensaba que estaba soñando al estar en ese lugar, pero no, no soñaba, era real. Dentro del bosque armamos nuestro campamento y debo decir que elegimos un lugar fenomenal puesto que entre los pinos se podía ver la puesta de sol que embellecía mucho más el lugar.
On the other hand, the sound of the pines when the wind blows, the green colors, the smell of wood, i thought i was dreaming when I was in that place, but no, I was not dreaming, it was real. Inside the forest we set up our camp and I must say that we chose a phenomenal place since among the pines you could see the sunset that embellished the place much more.
Después de montar nuestro campamento nos fuimos a dar un recorrido, allí conocí la cruz que está a las afueras del bosque caminando un poco como si regresaras al puesto de guarda parques. Desde la cruz hay una hermosa vista de San Pedro y las casas que lo adornan, también conocí un hermoso árbol que se encuentra escondido frente a la cruz y mis amigos y yo estuvimos de acuerdo que es el árbol perfecto para abrazar (Si nunca haz abrazado un árbol te invito a hacerlo y luego me cuentas la experiencia)
After setting up our camp we went for a tour, there i met the cross that is on the outskirts of the forest walking a bit as if you were returning to the park ranger post. From the cross there is a beautiful view of San Pedro and the houses that adorn it, i also met a beautifui tree that is hidden in front of the cross and my friends and i agreed that it is the perfect tree to hug (If you have never hugged a tree i invite you to do it and then you tell me the experience)
También visitamos en el recorrido la toma de agua que sin duda puedo decir que es una de las aguas más frías pero refrescantes que podrás probar en tu vida y luego al caer la tarde regresamos a nuestro campamento.
We also visit the water intake on the tour, which i can undoubtedly say is one of the coldest but refreshing waters that you can ever taste and then in the evening we return to our camp.
En el campamento encendimos una fogata de acuerdo a las normas que nos dieron los guarda parques, nuestro lugar de ubicación era uno de los indicados para acampar y encender fogatas puesto que se encontraba alejado de los pinos aunque de todas formas tomamos medidas preventivas frente a cualquier accidente.
In the camp we lit a bonfire according to the rules that the park rangers gave us, our location was one of those indicated for camping and lighting bonfires since it was away from the pines although in any case we took preventive measures against any accident.
Durante la noche cantamos a la luz de la fogata, escuchamos los ruidos del bosque, nos reímos, jugamos e incluso nos asustamos puesto que dicen que en un lugar del bosque aparece el fantasma de un guarda parques. También jugamos un poco con las cámaras fotográficas y la luz durante la noche, escribiendo nuestros nombres.
During the night we sing by the light of the campfire, we listen to the sounds of the forest, we laugh, we play and we even get scared since they say that in a place in the forest the ghost of a park ranger appears. We also played with the cameras and lights at night, writing our names.
La verdad fue una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida, esa noche nos quedamos todos juntos despiertos para esperar el amanecer que estuvo simplemente espectacular y como siempre agradecí a Dios por permitirme poder vislumbrarlo desde el bosque y disfrutar del clima y paisajes.
The truth was one of the best experiences of my life, that night we all stayed awake together to wait for the sunrise that was simply spectacular and as always I thanked God for allowing me to glimpse it from the forest and enjoy the climate and landscapes.
