Hello friends of this beautiful community, I hope you are doing well. I want to share with you this recipe for homemade Arabic bread that is very easy to make and above all fast. I hope you like it.
INGREDIENTES
500g de harina de trigo
2 cucharadas de azúcar
1 cucharada de sal
50g de mantequilla
2 tazas de agua tibia
INGREDIENTS
500g of wheat flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
50g butter
2 cups of lukewarm water
PREPARACION
En un bowl agregamos la harina y el resto de los ingredientes, por ultimo el agua tibia poco a poco y vamos mezclando hasta que la masa compacte, luego dejamos reposar 30 minutos.
Amasamos bien nuestra masa, hacemos bolitas y con un rodillo estiramos bien, luego lo colocamos en un sarten a fuego lento y tapamos.
PREPARATION
In a bowl we add the flour and the rest of the ingredients, finally the warm water little by little and we mix until the dough compacts, then we let it rest for 30 minutes.
We knead our dough well, make balls and with a rolling pin we stretch well, then we place it in a pan over low heat and cover.
