Para los que no saben ¿Qué es Chorizo?
El Chorizo, es un embutido que según la tradición venezolana es hecha con carne picada o molida y grasa de cerdo; esta carne es condimentada con pimentón y ajo, todo esto es embutido en una tripa natural de cerdo, ya sea del intestino delgado como del grueso, cuando no se consigue se utilizan pieles comestibles de procedencia no animal.
Después de embutir la carne en las tripas y amarrar, se cocinan o se ahúman los chorizos para proceder a comer.
Así que no les digo más nada, sólo observen su preparación y vean el resultado.

For those who do not know what is Chorizo?

INGREDIENTESPara 8 kg aproximado de producto.
*5 kilogramos de carne de cerdo (cochino).
*2kg de tocino de cochino.
*Todo molido en disco No10, dile al carnicero que use disco 10.
*2900 gr de Ají dulce.
*Comino al gusto.
*Orégano según tú gusto.
*Sal.
*500cc Vinagre.
*4 cabezas machacadas de Ajo.*Tripas naturales de cerdo, Vacuno u ovino.
Recuerda que el preparar, lavar y conservar las Tripas, tiene su método debes asesorarte bien con este tema.INGREDIENTS

*2kg of pork bacon.

PREPARACIÓN
Toda la carne molida la mezclas con estos ingredientes, amasas y luego embutes la tripa. Amarras del tamaño que te guste el chorizo.
