The need to have fun is not something exclusive for children and young people. It is proven that fun relaxes, brings joy. And, as a consequence, it helps us to be more optimistic and productive.
If we define the importance of family recreation it is said that we are social beings, this also applies to our activities collectively. We must learn to savor the good times, enjoy our family, laugh more and laugh at ourselves, recreate our lives, and undoubtedly improve their quality.
My children and I very much enjoy the macaws, native to Latin America. These exotic animals are highly prized and their indiscriminate hunting has made some species of macaws in danger of extinction. Here they are protected and preserved. They are also very familiar to visitors.
Quarantine prevents us from visiting different places, participating in a hobby or participating in challenging activities, you have to be very creative when entertaining children at home and re-create ourselves.
After a long period of work, it's only natural that routine tasks start to get heavy and difficult. When fatigue affects performance, rest is necessary to decrease anxiety, lower blood pressure, and relieve stress caused by physical and mental fatigue. Holidays are essential: it recharges your energy and gives you the courage and the disposition to return to work.
My friend and I work a lot, this time we decided to visit a park near home that belongs to a small hotel in the Caribbean. Living near the beach allows us to enjoy more outdoors.
The reception room of the hotel is alone, it is usually full of tourists, but due to the quarantine work is restricted by 90%.
We are in need of a healthy Recreation, that manages to satisfy their desires and aspirations, whether natural, or cultural and of progress. In this regard, Butler (1969), says that Recreation is a vital force that influences people's lives, it is essential for the happiness and satisfaction of existence, since through these activities the individual grows, develops his capacity and your personality.
