Not all illusions are positive, but without a doubt, the positive emotions they generate are good for our body and mind. We have to make sure we take daily doses of positive emotions in the same way we eat the necessary portions of vegetables and fruits daily.
Throughout our lives at some point in time we have had illusions, because we have fallen in love with a certain person, or for example, or we have built illusions planning to travel to another country.
The truth is that, after living these life experiences that leave us with endless flavors and illusions, it is easy to give oneself experiences that trigger positive emotions, and it is precisely these moments where it is fun to practice positivism.

Getting our hopes up, but with our feet firmly on the ground, is also a great way to get to know ourselves and learn what we like, and that was the reason that motivated me to write these lines in order to help us explore the positive emotions that are very common when we get excited about someone or something.
Living moments of illusion is magnificent, since our attention allows our mind to choose to think only the information that is relevant at that moment and positive for our life.
