Hola familia hive, continuando con mi participación propuesta por mi bella @nathyortiz sobre el reto fotográfico donde nos invita a compartir fotos por 21 días de distintos temas a desglosar. En este mi cuarto día del reto les hablaré sobre el almuerzo, una de las comidas más importante del día. La comida más completa que el organismo pueda recibir. Además de ser un momento para compartir con los miembros del hogar y hablar del como fue su día. Existe variedades de almuerzos y muchos gustos diferentes pero al final cumple las necesidades de quienes degustan la comida.

Hello hive family, continuing with my participation proposed by my beautiful @nathyortiz on the photo challenge where she invites us to share photos for 21 days of different topics to break down. In this my fourth day of the challenge I will talk about lunch, one of the most important meals of the day. The most complete meal that the body can receive. Besides being a time to share with the members of the household and talk about how was your day. There are varieties of lunches and many different tastes but in the end it meets the needs of those who taste the food.

Existen muchísimas variedades de comida, y gustos diferente. Para mi cualquier comida pesada en el almuerzo es perfecto. Pero lo más importante es con quien comparto mi momento de almuerzo, las personas que se sientan conmigo en la mesa para deshuyat de una deliciosa comida, es un momento bastante agradable, además de tener la dicha de gozar de un buen almuerzo lo más bonito es compartirlo junto a la familia y seres queridos. Momentos únicos que quedan plasmado en nuestras memorias. Por eso es tan importante el almuerzo en familia.

There are so many varieties of food, and different tastes. For me any heavy meal at lunch is perfect. But the most important thing is who I share my lunch moment with, the people who sit with me at the table to enjoy a delicious meal, it is a very pleasant moment, besides having the joy of enjoying a good lunch, the most beautiful thing is to share it with family and loved ones. Unique moments that are captured in our memories. That is why it is so important to have lunch with the family.

Mis Almuerzos//My lunch

Mis comidas preferidas varian mucho, me encanta la pasta, el arroz con pollo y la sopa de pescado. Pero amo con locura comer hamburguesas y pizza,aunque muchas personas las comen como cena, to puedo comerlas a cualquier hora del día. Prepararlas en familia es aún más divertido, vamos compartiendo y contando anegdotas. Todas las comidas son muy importante para mi.

My favorite foods vary a lot, I love pasta, rice with chicken and fish soup. But I love to eat hamburgers and pizza, although many people eat them for dinner, I can eat them at any time of the day. Preparing them as a family is even more fun, we share and tell anecdotes. All meals are very important to me.
