Hola familia hive, continuando con mi participación propuesta por mi bella @nathyortiz sobre el reto fotográfico donde nos invita a compartir fotos por 21 días de distintos temas a desglosar. En este mi quinto día de participación en el reto les hablaré sobre el equipo ya sea de trabajo, o mi grupo de amistades. Un equipo está compuesto por un grupo de personas que se unen para realizar un trabajo en conjunto, estos se dividen las actividades a realizar para un mejor aprovechamiento del tiempo y espacio. Es importante trabajar en equipo y tener una sana relación entre todos para que así fluya el trabajo en constante armonía y paz.

Hello hive family, continuing with my participation proposed by my beautiful @nathyortiz on the photo challenge where she invites us to share photos for 21 days of different topics to break down. In this my fifth day of participation in the challenge I will talk about the team either work, or my group of friends. A team is composed of a group of people who come together to do a job together, they divide the activities to be performed for a better use of time and space. It is important to work as a team and have a healthy relationship between everyone so that the work flows in constant harmony and peace.

Mi participación al reto

Iniciative: 21 Days photo challengue, Part:2 Day: 5//Team

En este caso cuento con un ecelente equipo, somos un grupo bastante comprometido y complementado. Realizamos tareas importantes y respetamos las actividades de cada quien, de igual forma su espacio laboral y tiempo de trabajo. Contamos con una armonía grupal envidiable, ya que nos apoyamos mutuamente cada vez que alguna necesite el apoye de la otra. Mi equipo de trabajo se relaciona tan bien que hemos llegado a compartí muchísimo fuera de nuestras áreas de trabajo a tal punto que sñya nos volvimos familia. Gracias a él buen desembolvimiento que tenemos como grupo laboral nuestras amistades se han fortalecido con el paso del tiempo y esperamos que así sea siempre.

In this case I have an excellent team, we are a very committed and complementary group. We perform important tasks and respect each other's activities, as well as each other's work space and work time. We have an enviable group harmony, since we support each other whenever one of us needs the support of the other. My work team relates so well that we have come to share a lot outside of our work areas to the point that we have become family. Thanks to the good relationship we have as a work group, our friendships have grown stronger over time and we hope it will always be that way.

Otros de mi tem perfecto son is amistades de años, con las que he vivido momento y experiencias unicaa a lo largo de mi vida, ya no los considero amigos sino familia, con estas personas he conseguido muchísimas cosas de crecimiento personal, me han enseñado el trabajo en equipo, como slair adelante en circunstancias terribles y nunca me han abandonado. Con ellos he viajado, festejado y hasta llorado. Son tantos años de amistad que ni el tiempo ni la distancia derrumba el cariño y los tantos recuerdos que hemos creado. Para estas personas lo son todos y es por eso que son mi grupo perfecto para todo.

Others of my perfect fear are my friends of years, with whom I have lived unique moments and experiences throughout my life, I no longer consider them friends but family, with these people I have achieved many things of personal growth, they have taught me teamwork, how to get ahead in terrible circumstances and have never abandoned me. With them I have traveled, celebrated and even cried. They are so many years of friendship that neither time nor distance can destroy the affection and the many memories we have created. For these people they are all and that is why they are my perfect group for everything.
