Everyone on earth both rich and poor face different situation and we have what we like and also what we don't like, that is nature and can't be changed, there's no way that everyone on earth will like the same thing no matter the situation. Surely each person will have what he or she will like, and when they find out what they want or like the work in accordance with it and fill their needs, we can simply say that we are deeply attracted to our likes and not to our dislikes. Another factor that determines our likes and dislikes are also justify based on our personalty, the environment we grow in, what we are exposed to, or ones choice, including how the brought us up. All this factors are important and the are the ones that determines what may love or not like.
That people are from the same parents does not mean that the will love the same thing or do things the same way, people in different families has different ways the do things and react to things, it is not always the same way, there are always different ways and as humans we all know that is so and because of that you don't need what those act like you or what to intimidate them so the will act like you.
Phobia is a feel that one may feel because of the things one does not like or afraid of. This is just the basic definition, and simple definition of phobias. For most people there phobia is the fear of the dead, the are also afraid and terrified to watch any movie that shows how people are been killed or any movie that contain horror in it, the don't watch this movie alone and if they do it must be with friends because if they do watch it alone it will feel like they will experience all the have just watched and they can feel like they are being hunted and thereby will have a sleepless night.
Out of phobia most people avoid any movie entirely if the sense it will show anything that has to do with horror, or anything that will show the dead or one being killed. For some people this kind of fear may just stop as time goes on and the will find out that the do no longer fear all those things the normally fear before but some this kind of fear continues all through their lives and the can't over it.
Our mental health is very important are we need to avoid anything that we notice that can cause us any default in our health, we need to put our well being first avoid other things that can terribly affect it, avoid any thoughts or activities that has to do with what we have phobia on and focus on what our body and soul love and do just that.
Try our best to relieve ourselves and reduce stress and planning our activities on time and according and working towards, never let anything make you go back at your plans, or friends make you think that you should do like them, remember that everyone is not the same, so if what you have phobia on is different from theirs just focus on your own.
FINALLY, Having phobia is not as bad as people see it, but the best thing is for us to fight our phobia so that we don't have to be obligated to it, rather we will do whatever we please and not to be afraid of anything. Do things that will help maintain your mental health and avoid those that will be deadly to your mental health, keep your head up and you will surely win.
