Hello dear and dear friends, I hope you are having the best today, day of the fatherland in Argentina and day of the anthem in my country, Venezuela

Today I want to bring you a fragment of a work that caught my attention and that I liked the idea of bringing for all that it makes you feel when listening, it is a very interesting fragment ...

Today we are not going to think so much or divide the works by composer, I will only say that it is part of one of the great works of Gustav Mahler, but precisely what I want to do is for today not to think about the composer but what it sounds ,

This is precisely what I want to do so that we can sensitize our hearing, from what it sounds ...

This fragment just at the beginning gives us to understand that it is a melody that is not part of an introduction to a work, but is part of the development of a piece (precisely because its harmony is already heavy and climatic)

This beginning is quite romantic, as if it were some work of romanticism, with a quite dramatic intensity. Very striking,

Then as the seconds pass, the harmony begins to change, making the melody somewhat "strange" or heavy, especially if we are not yet used to "tasting" this type of work...

Having already heard this passage, I want to emphasize that it is also important to sensitize our ears, whether we know about music or not. Precisely because that sensitivity will not only be from our ears but from our feelings and emotions ...

So with nothing else to add, huge hugs!
