Colours are necessary but the use of colours are most important.
There is nk limit of this work. You can work at a single page in an hour, in a day in a week or in a month even.
I try to busy myself in my art work at weekends.

Here when a work is started just fix the paper and start working just an idea in mind.
For this you must be knowledge of colour combination contrast and the results of that combination color.
This is necessary because you will be able to use right color at right place.
