Facial wrinkle exercises

Is facial wrinkles at the top of the things that annoy you? So how can we get rid of wrinkles?

Our face is made up of muscles. One of the reasons for the increase in wrinkles on our face is that we do not use these muscles enough. With facial yoga, we can work our muscles and remove wrinkles and even prevent them from forming.

Keep your thumbs slightly above your ear level and with your other fingers, gently massage from the outside of your forehead to the inside. Keep doing it a few times. This move is perfect for prominent forehead lines.

Then, while your fingers are at the same level, pull your under-eye and surrounding skin with light movements and lift it up and down. Try not to squint as much as you can while doing this move. Then place your index and middle fingers on your eyebrows and your thumb on your lip and massage with up and down movements.

These movements strengthen your under-eye muscles and prevent the formation of wrinkles.
