Anteayer se celebró el Dia de los Muertos, esta época esta dedicada a la memoria de esos seres queridos que a pesar que no se encuentran a nuestro lado, siempre vivirán en nuestro Corazón.Se cree que en este dia los espiritus de los muertos hacen una visita a la tierra.
Hello Hello Friends Hivers , we hope you are well.The Day of the Dead was celebrated the day before, this time is dedicated to the memory of those loved ones who, despite not being by our side, will always live in our Heart. It is believed that on this day the spirits of the dead make a visit to earth.
En Mexico es una tradición celebrar este día llevandole ofrendas a las tumbas, hacer altares con las fotografias de sus fallecidos seres queridos, musica, bailes, un ambiente muy alegre, y tambien se tiene por costumbre que las mujeres se visten de la Catrina o La Santa Muerte, se trata de un vestido elegante, y un exótico maquillaje de una Calavera, acompoñado de flores en la cabeza o un sombrero.
In Mexico it is a tradition to celebrate this day by bringing offerings to the graves, making altars with the photographs of their deceased loved ones, music, dances, a very happy atmosphere, and it is also customary for women to dress as the Catrina or La Santa Muerte, it is an elegant dress, and an exotic make-up of a Skull, accompanied by flowers on the head or a hat.
Aquí en Venezuela tenemos otras formas de celebrar este día, por esa razón en esta ocasión, les mostraré una bonita recreación de un maquillaje casero de la Catrina.
Here in Venezuela we have other ways to celebrate this day, for that reason on this occasion, I will show you a beautiful recreation of a homemade Catrina makeup.
Ya que no dispongo de muchos materiales para maquillar, usé estos.
Since I do not have many materials to make up, I used these.
Materiales;
- Lápiz de ojo color negro,marca MAC.
- Sombra de ojos (color azul marino y turqueza).
- Pinturas al frío marca Yogui, color banco, marron,negro y carmesí.
- Harina de Trigo.
- Pintura de labios marca e.l.f, color magenta.
- Pinceles punta fina y gruesa.
- Esponja de Polvo.
- Brocha.
- Lentejuelas.
Materiales; * Black eye pencil, MAC brand. * Eyeshadow (navy blue and turquoise). * Cold paints Yogi brand, color bank, brown, black and crimson. * Wheat flour. * E.l.f brand lip paint, magenta color. * Fine and coarse tip brushes. * Powder Sponge. * Brush. * Sequins.
Primero empecé por la parte de los ojos, con el lápiz, encerrando la ceja y el ojo en un círculo, luego dibujé unos pétalos por el borde del círculo, para hacer una flor como es el maquillaje tradicional.
First I started with the part of the eyes, with the pencil, closing the eyebrow and the eye in a circle, then I drew some petals around the edge of the circle, to make a flower as is the traditional makeup.
Ahora, pinte el rostro de blanco, lo esparcí con la esponja de polvo, y con la ayuda de un pincel pinte por los bordes de los pétalos, para no estropear el dibujo.
Now, paint the face white, spread it with the powder sponge, and with the help of a brush, paint along the edges of the petals, so as not to spoil the drawing.
No soy experta en maquillaje, pero sí sabes de ello, en algunos casos es necesario matizar, para que el maqullaje no se agriete, en esta ocasión utilizé harina de trigo, para sellar o matizar.
I am not an expert in makeup, but if you know about it, in some cases it is necessary to qualify, so that the makeup does not crack, this time I used wheat flour, to seal or tint.
Después empecé con los pétalos, pintandolos de color carmesí, aproveche que estaba húmeda la pintura para pegar las lentejuelas.
Then I started with the petals, painting them crimson, take advantage of the fact that the paint was wet to stick the sequins.
Antes de pintar el centro del ojo de negro, aplique sombra color turqueza, luego lo intensifique con sombra color azul marino, y ahora sí, procedí a pintar de negro alrededor de la sombra, con ayuda de la esponja uní la pintura con la sombra.
Before painting the center of the eye in black, apply turquoise shadow, then intensify it with navy blue shadow, and now, I proceeded to paint black around the shadow.
