It promisses over 10% a month gains, it has a known referral system and package system and he asks for personal contact by email or phone number.

This is definitely a ponzi scheme. And if it is legit they should REALLY rethink their marketing model because if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

I repeat that at no time have I said that it promises more than 10% per month, that is only the historical average that they have achieved. And at what point have I asked for anyone's personal data or contacts?
