Ok my internet has gone full Pete Tong and has a mind of its own at the moment.
As usual, I prepare more food than I need for the one meal ahead. I like to make sure I make at least 3 servings of any dish I make. I cook it, eat some and the rest goes into the fridge to be eaten later.
Would you eat this for breakfast?
